Kate began playing on her mother’s old guitar and taught herself with the help of books and the internet. Many years and guitars later, she has been sharing her music with people on three different continents, and has released two albums of all her own work. A great influence was growing up with the American folk and bluegrass scene close at hand. Song writing has been a terrific outlet, and Kate finds it such a joy to share music with others.
